BNJ provided Civil and Structural engineering services for the construction of a new, custom single-family residence. BNJ's expertise was leveraged in order to build a comfortable, luxury home, on a steep and unwelcoming site. Significant retaining walls were utilized to accommodate the steep grade, and stormwater management systems were carefully placed in order to accommodate the architectural program.
